Business letter serves to order a product, to provide or request information, to complain about something etc.
The address of the person or company receiving the letter is usually typed on the left-hand side.
For the person receiving the letter it is usual to write a greeting such as Dear Mr or Dear Sir.
The subject line helps to emphasize the purpose of a letter.
If there are materials along with the letter, the abbreviation Encl. is typed in the bottom left-hand corner.
