Сокращенные утвердительные предложения употребляются для распространения на какое-то лицо высказывания, относящегося первоначально к другому лицу. (Сравните в русском языке: Петр хорошо знает английский язык. И Анна тоже.)

Сокращенное утвердительное предложение строиться следующим образом:

Вспомогательный глагол согласуется с личным местоимением или существительным.
