За нарушение регламента снимается 10 баллов.

Insurance of real estate and movable property

Insurance of real estate and movable property covers losses incurred as a result of various external risks:

• fire, explosion, stroke of lightning,

• natural disasters – storm, floods, earthquake,

• risks from leaks of liquid or steam,

• illegal third party activities, theft, burglary.

This type of insurance enables to actually cover all assets of the company:

• buildings, constructions, hydrotechnic constructions and their communications;

• interiors of buildings;

• goods, products, raw materials, equipment;

• technological equipment, office equipment, inventory;

• glazing – showcases, tops, stained glass;

Sum insured

The Sum insured of real estate (building) is calculated as follows:

• for property used as collateral on a loan (Borrower’s property) – the Sum insured is equal to the actual value of the property as per the evaluation of the Bank assessor;

• for property, owned by “another” client (client not bound by a loan secured with property) the Sum insured may be calculated as follows:

- it may be specified by the client and it should correspond to the actual value;

- when we do not have an evaluation made by a licenced assessor, or the client cannot specify the Sum insured of the property, the Sum insured may be negotiated on the basis of the replacement, balance or another value of the property (as per the General Conditions of the Insurance).

The Sum insured of movable property, etc. is specified by the Client and it should correspond to the actual value. For the coverage under ‘Burglary, Armed Robbery and Vandalism’ the Client shall provide a list of the more valuable articles.
