Glossary (Article “Company Law Board, Chennai Bench”)

  • genuineness ['ʤenjuɪnəs] –точність, істинність, реальність

1 a genuine feeling, desire etc. is one that you really feel, not one you pretend to feel;

2 something genuine really is what it seems to be;

3 someone who is genuine is honest and friendly and you feel you can trust them.

  • Valuation [ˌvælju'eɪʃ(ə)n] – оцінка, визначення цінності

1 a professional judgment about how much something is worth;

2 a judgment about how effective or useful a particular idea or plan will be.

  • purview ['pɜːvjuː] – кругозір, частина статуту, компетенція

within/outside the purview of somebody/something formal within or outside the limits of someone's job, activity, or knowledge.

  • Instant ['ɪn(t)stənt] – момент, негайний
