Any alterations and amendments to this Contract shall be valid only if made in writing and duly signed by authorized representatives of both parties concerned.
After the contract has been signed all the previous negotiations and correspondence pertaining to it become null and void.
Neither party is entitled to transfer their rights and obligations to a third party without a written consent of the other contracting party.

IV. Translate into English
1. Рішення Арбітражного суду є остаточним, оскарженню не підлягає і є незмінним і обов’язковим для обох сторін.
2. Якість товару необхідно підтвердити сертифікатом якості.
3. Продавець повідомляє покупця про відвантаження товару з зазначенням дати в накладній.
4. У разі нестачі або пошкодження товару під час транспортування покупець має право виставляти претензії перевізнику.
5. Якщо паритетна комісія не може урегулювати спір, то за письмовим проханням однієї із сторін його подають на розгляд Арбітражного суду.
6. Постачання товару здійснюється згідно з відвантажувальними документами.
7. Жодна із сторін не має права передавати свої права та обов’язки третій стороні без письмової згоди іншої сторони, що домовляється.
8. Пакування захищає товар від пошкодження під час транспортування.
9. Сторони, які домовляються, намагаються урегулювати спори, які виникають з приводу цього контракту, мирним шляхом.
10. Жодна з сторін не буде вважатися відповідальною за неви-конання своїх зобов’язань.
11. Після підписання контракту усі попередні переговори та листу-вання щодо нього стають недійсними.
12. Постачальник має право перенести терміни виконання контракту на період, впродовж якого будуть діяти форсмажорні обставини.
13. Якість товару повинна повністю відповідати чинним стандартам.
14. Якщо сторонам не вдалося досягти порозуміння, то спори подаються на розгляд паритетної комісії.
15. Форсмажорними обставинами вважаються стихійні лиха, війна та військові операції будь-якого характеру, блокади, ембарго, заборона експорту та імпорту.
16. Продавець відповідає за виплату компенсацій збитків за затримку постачання товару.
