Letter of Acknowledgment

Letters of acknowledgment verify a business transaction and indicate that your company is acting on it.

BURLAGE FURNITURE COMPANY

Dear Mr. D.:

We appreciate your purchase of Trendmaster Office Furniture from Burlage. We are sure that it will give your company many years of dependable and pleasurable use.

Delivery is scheduled by Carolina Freight for the morning of August 19. Your order (Invoice #B11654) includes three Model A32 Trendmaster Computer Desks with three Model C32 Comfortback Chairs. As you requested, the desks have a walnut finish, and the chairs are upholstered in leather. Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery as Burlage Furniture cannot be responsible for damage in shipping. All Burlage merchandise carries a one-year guarantee against defects in design or manufacture.

Letter of Appreciation
