3.1 Лексемы с видовым компонентом «metal bracelets»:

Metal bracelet – a bracelet made from metal.

  1. Bangle – bracelets of solid form, usually made from metal, wood, or plastic, worn in groups so that arm movement causes them to make a gracious sound rather like the clinking of wind chimes.

  2. POW bracelet (or POW/MIA bracelet) – is a nickel-plated or copper commemorative bracelet engraved with the name, rank, and loss date of an American serviceman captured or missing during the Vietnam War.

  3. Slap bracelet (or snap bracelet) – a bracelet consisting of layered, flexible stainless steel bistable spring bands sealed within a fabric or plastic cover. The bracelet can be straightened out, creating tension within the springy metal bands.

  4. Link bracelet – a bracelet made from connecting or linking various or similar components or jewelry findings. Link bracelets can be made of a variety of materials included metals and gemstones.

3.2. Лексемы с видовым компонентом «health bracelets»:

Alternative health bracelets – a separate group not distinguished by their design but by their, supposed, beneficial function.

  1. Karma bracelets – bracelets made from wood beads, may contain various charms. Associated with bringing good luck and good karma to those who choose to wear it

  2. Ionized bracelet (ionic bracelet) – metal jewelry purported to affect the chi of the wearer.

  3. Hologram bracelet (energy bracelet) – a small rubber wristband fitted with a hologram.

3.3. Лексемы с видовым компонентом «symbol bracelets»:

Symbol bracelets – bracelets that are worn to symbolize friendship, charity campaign, etc.

  1. Sports bracelet – a silicone rubber bracelet used as a tool for various awareness, information, and charity campaigns.

  2. Charm bracelet – an item of jewelry worn around the wrist. It carries personal charms: decorative pendants or trinkets which are signifiers of important things in the wearer's life.

  3. Friendship bracelet – a bracelet given by one person to another as a symbol of friendship. Friendship bracelets are often handmade, usually of embroidery floss or thread.

4. Лексико-семантическая группа « Necklaces»

Necklace – an article of jewellery which is worn around the neck, frequently formed from a metal jewellery chain, can include jewels, be of different length.

Из данной дефиниции видим, что necklace – ювелирное изделие, надеваемое на шею, обычно из металла, может быть украшено драгоценными камнями, длина украшения варьируется.

Руководствуясь данным определением, в семной структуре этого термина выделяем следующие семантические признаки:

«длинный»

«украшенный чем-либо»

Среди ювелирных изделий с компонентом necklace преобладают двух- и трехсловные номинации с прямой родовой номинацией necklace в названии: Princess necklace, Matinee necklace, Opera necklace, Lariat necklace, Diamond necklace, Pearl necklace, Tooth pendant necklace, Prayer bead necklace, Thali necklace.

Существуют также номинации, не содержащие лексему necklace: Choker, Sautoir, Mohra, Lavalier, Riviere, Carcanet.

    1. Лексемы с видовым компонентом «long necklaces»:

Long necklace – a necklace with the length more than 35 cm

  1. Choker – 35 centimetres (14 in) to 41 centimetres (16 in) long and sits high on the neck.

  5. Sautoir (rope necklace) – any necklace longer than opera length.

  6. – very long variation on the sautoir or rope, without a clasp, often worn draped multiple times around the neck; the ends can be crossed over, looped, or knotted in various ways, sometimes incorporates a loop at one or both ends to allow it to be worn in the style of a lasso, or it may be worn doubled over with the ends passed through the loop formed in the middle.

  7. Pendant necklace – a loose-hanging piece of jewellery, generally attached by a small loop to a necklace.
