4.3. Заключительная формула вежливости

Выбор заключительных фраз зависит от того, кому посылается письмо. Фраза отделяется запятой. Только первая буква заглав­ная. Самым официальным в частной переписке является выражение

"Sincerely (yours)" - "Искренне Ваш".

Далее по мере перечисления выражений возрастает их неофициаль­ный характер:

"(Yours) Affectionately (yours)" - "Преданный Вам" - наиболее распространенная фраза;

"Yours (ever)" - "Ваш";

"Best wishes"; - "Good luck"; - "Best of luck", - "Всего наилучшего/С наилучшими пожеланиями";

"Your friend always" - " Ваш преданный друг";

"Love from"; "Lots of love from"; "With love" – последние три фразы обычно используются в переписке между женщи­нами, особенно молодыми).

4.4. Подпись

В частной переписке отправитель просто ставит свою подпись без дальнейших деталей. Если письмо адресовано близкому другу, то обычно подписываются только именем. E. g.

Dear Jane,

Thank you for your letter -I see I received it a month ago, so it is time I wrote back. I expect you are as busy as I am - in fact I only have one exam, but we have had to write various essays, during the year. Up to now I think I have done quite well, but I'm not taking any chances, so I must do revision. By the way, I don't think I told you that I've got a job as a teacher. I’ll be teaching mainly German and French but I hope, I’ll be doing some Russian as well. The school is not very far from my home, so that is quite convenient. 5. Оформление переписки при устройстве на работу

5.1. Резюме

Большое влияние на развитие вашей карьеры оказывают письма, с которыми вы обращаетесь при устройстве на работу, и сопутствующее ему резюме.

Резюме — это краткое изложение всего, что вы можете предложить потенциальному нанимателю в своем лице.

Требования к оформлению резюме:

- резюме должно выглядеть профессионально и подчеркивать те качества, ко­торые будущий начальник хотел бы в вас видеть;

- резюме должно быть напечатано на одном листе бу­маги обычного формата, по форме резюме должно быть корректным и организованным: соблюдайте поля и верхнюю и нижнюю границы, заголовки выделяйте подчер­киванием или печатайте их заглавными буквами;

- резюме должно быть напечатано на одном листе;

- слово «резюме» не печатается;

- некоторые организации просят к резюме приложить фотографию (обычно в левый верхний угол);

- содержание резюме требует точности и полноты и может содержать следующие разделы:
