Introduction.
2-3 sections (chapters), each of which must be divided into 2 – 3 parts (paragraphs).
Conclusions.
The list of the used literature.
The extent of the chosen problem’s actuality in modern economic life, conditions of the economic research in that branch are elucidated in Introduction, the main tasks are determined by the author of the course work.
The names of the sections and their parts must really express the nature of the issues, it is impossible to set out in writing the theme of the course work completely without elucidation of those issues. Besides, they must be set out in the right logical sequence.
A short review of those concluding statements drawn by the author in the course work research is given in Conclusion.
4.6. Consultation with the teacher according to the course work plant
Such consultation is recommended by us insistently. Its value is in the fact that with the teacher’s help it is possible to avoid serious mistakes in the structure of the work, and sequence in the setting out of the issues.
Experience has shown that students often independently and successfully cope with determination of the work’s structure and teacher’s critical notices in those cases have just “cosmetic” character.
But is a student ignores consultation at this stage and there are serious mistakes related to the work’s structure in his course work, then it cannot be assessed even “satisfactory” by the teacher, and a student will have to spend much additional efforts for its revision.
4.7. Preparation of text
Repeated and more deep examination of the sources such as economic literature, normative documents on the given issue, statistic and other information must precede the text writing.
The work on the style must not have a character of the report, that is, it must not in general copy the parts of the text from any source. The setting out in writing must save the student’s own style/ in those part of the work where the normative (assessing) economic points of view are given, it is necessary to note clearly if it is a student’s personal point of view or some author’s cited thought. In the last case it is necessary to refer to the source of the cited thought. The reference is situated at the bottom of the page and must have a certain form.
It is also necessary to refer to the source if statistic information is used in the course work.
The following structural elements of the course work – introduction, sections, paragraphs, and conclusions in the text are separated and their writing begins from a new page.
The list of the used literature is given in the end of the course work, it must include not less than 10 – 15 sources and must be designed according to the existing standards.
4.8. Design and submit of the course work
The course work designed correspondingly is submitted to the department. The sample of the title page design is given in Appendix 1. Secretary of the department registers it and hands over to the teacher. The deadline for the course work submission is fixed by the department/ the department also determines the form of the course work defense by the student. After defense the course work is handed over to keep.
