4.Introduction

PML-30 robot created to compete FTC from the designer Lego Mindstorms Education and designer Tetrix 9797 739 144.To create a robot to use one set and one set of Lego Tetrix. So we have a strict limit on the number of parts.

4.1 Requirements for the robot

Общие правила для робота

The robot fits in the "measuring cube" (with internal dimensions 18h18h18 inches), without causing pressure on his side of the wall or the top.

RG4

The robot does not contain any components that can damage the game поле или роботов других команд.

RG3a и b

The robot does not contain any hazardous materials.

RG3c

Robots do not pose an unreasonable risk associated with the possibility запутывания роботов других команд.

RG3d

Robots do not have any sharp edges and corners.

RG3e

The main power switch is set correctly. It is readily available and easily seen by staff.

RG5 и R3d

All batteries are securely attached to the robot.

RG6

NXT battery easily detaches with minimal disassembly of the robot.

RG7a

USB-ports (NXT unit and communication modules WiFi Samantha) is readily available.

RG7b

Button NXT controller and module Samantha readily available.

RG7b

NXT Controller LCD and LED module visible.

RG7c

Electrical components are mounted so that they are protected in a collision with each other robots.

RG7d

The robot is equipped with a holder for the flag, which securely holds the flag during the execution of their tasks the robot.

RG8

Team number clearly visible, with at least two sides of the robot (180 °). Digit height is 3 inches and the width of the stroke is not less than 1/2 inch, and color figures contrast with their background. Rooms are held firmly enough to withstand very harsh conditions of the game.

RG9

Power supply is provided by approved power supplies.

RG10

The speed and force with which the robot throws game elements do not exceed the permitted ограничений.

RG11

Rules concerning the details of robots and their precursors

All parts are factory-built, of which the robot, taken from sets TETRIX, LEGO and MATRIX to create robots.

R1 и R2c

In the manufacture of the robot is not used commercially available components and prefabricated parts, except those expressly authorized in the regulations.

R2a

The robot does not contain prefabricated and / or preformed commercially available parts of plastic or metal.

R2b

The robot has no additional mechanical parts, except for the components under Rule R2d.

R2d

The robot has only one (1) controller NXT, and additional microprocessors comply R3a.

R3a

The robot has one (1) standard battery pack NXT (AC or DC) or six (6) batteries AA (not the two power sources at the same time).

R3b

The robot has only one (1) standard battery pack TETRIX or MATRIX.

R3c

The design of the robot used only controllers and servo motors HiTechnic or MATRIX (their number is not limited).

R3e

The design of the robot is used no more than eight (8) electric motors and not more than twelve (12) Servo TETRIX or MATRIX, each of which is managed by the controllers HiTechnic or MATRIX.

R3f

Each motor port NXT (A, B or C) is used to control no more than: (i) one interactive servo NXT, or (ii) one XL-motor drive, or (iii) two drive E-motors, or (iv) two M-drive motors, or (v) a drive E-motor drive and one M-motor.

R3g

The robot has only one (1) Samantha module and one (1) cable USB.

R3h

All sensors / sensors attached directly to a programmable unit NXT, multiplexer HiTechnic touch or touch the touch multiplexer HiTechnic, which are products of the brand LEGO or HiTechnic.

R3i

HiTechnic container battery 9 V (if any) is used only as an integral part of the touch multiplexer NXT.

R3j

Breadboard SuperPro HiTechnic NXT and development board used in accordance with the restrictions.

R3k

The design of the robot are only approved by LEGO NXT extension cables and adapter cables NXT.

R3l&m

The design of the robot is electrical power connectors Anderson Powerpole (Crimp connectors or faster connection).

R3n

Power wiring, including wiring of motors, servo and inverter are of adequate size.

R3o

The design of the robot are only visible-light LEDs, power supply which is either the main battery pack, or one of any type of battery voltage to 9 V.

R3p

The robot has only the electrical components that are specifically allowed by the regulations, the original design of the electrical components do not suffer any change, except as permitted by the rules.

R3s

LEGO pneumatic components have not been modified to change the limits of the working pressure.

R4

Decorative items made with robot parts or authorized by the components that are not functional in nature. All decorations and ornaments with the principles of the "noble professionalism."

R7

Robot PML-30 meets all the requirements listed above.
