Incorporated in the national celebration of high spirituality and morality, acts as the guarantor of respect for the traditions of friendly relations between the others, love and respect for nature. Pagan heritage and high culture of our country - the two sources through the development of the Slavic world. The combination of such disparate religions meant that Christianity among the Slavs enriched many features unknown to Western Europe, and from paganism survived only most poetic myths and images.

Educational role of the national holiday, first of all - in the preservation of folk traditions of the people, showing them, through its impact on every person be it a child, teenager or adult. Thus, the holidays actively affects the way of life and society.
