8.2.2. The procedure of the diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating influences on psychic states (pSt.)
8.2.2.1. Make the measure of background PSt. according to 1.2, chapter IV. Put down the result in column 5, table 22.
8.2.2.2. After the regulating or self-regulating influence make a control measure of PSt. put down the result in column 9, table 22.
8.2.2.3. Another variant of the procedure of the diagnostics is making the measurement during the influence. In this case you can issue the results in the form of a diagram.
8.2.3. The procedure of the diagnostics of bioenergy influences
Bioenergy influences (which sometimes, though it’s not quite correct, are called extrasensory) are usually directed on the correction of psychic states, psycho-physiological and somatic characteristics. That’s why their diagnostics is carried out by the method of fixing of the changes of characteristics with the help of above mentioned procedures.
8.2.3.1. The procedure of the diagnostics of bioenergy influences on psycho-physiological characteristics is carried out by analogy with the item 8.2.2.
After making a background measure and putting the result in columns 2, 3 and 4, table 22 you should give the bioenergetic a task about the character of bioenergy influence (to raise or to lower the activation of this or that hemisphere, to change the quantity and orientation of FAH).
After the influence made by bioenergetic according to the given task, make a control measure and put down the result in columns 6, 7 and 8, table 22.
8.2.3.2. The procedure of the diagnostics of bioenergy influences on psychic states is made by analogy.
After measuring and putting down the index of background psycho-emotional state in column 5, table 22, suggest the bioenergetic to raise or to lower the examinee’s psycho-emotional tenseness.
After you’ve made the influence, make a control measure and put down the results in column 9, table 22.
To receive an additional (extra) data about the influence on qualitative characteristics of psycho-emotional state you should also take into account the activation of the report of hemispheres (as it’s stipulated by the report of the diagnostics in table 24).
8.2.4. The procedure of the diagnostics of regulation and self-regulation of psychic processes
As the regulation and self-regulation of psychic (mental) processes carries the character of forming influences, the procedure of their diagnostics is made according to the general rules of forming psycho-pedagogical experiment described in psychology and pedagogics textbooks.
The device ATS-6 can be used in these experiments while diagnosing the effectiveness of psycho-pedagogical influences directed on the development of abilities and qualities. The description of abilities and the methods of their diagnostics using ATS-6 is given in the previous sections of this manual (book). So, chapter V describes the methods of the diagnostics of sensations, motor skills and functions, measurement by eye, peculiarities of thinking.
The procedure of the diagnostics of regulating and self-regulating influences directed on the development of abilities and other psychic processes means the diagnostics of this or that quality before and after the forming (developing) influences and the comparison of the results. It’s similar to the procedures described in the present chapter the report of the diagnostics is also made by analogy (se table 22).
