a price for a particular product in a shop/store or restaurant that is lower than usual.

specialism, n.

an area of business in which a person or company has a lot of knowledge and experience.

specialist, n.

speciality, n.

an area of business in which a person or company has a lot of knowledge and experience.

the study of a particular part of a wider subject.
