Прочитайте и переведите данный текст.

What is a mixed economy? All definitions involve a mixture of economic freedom and government regulation. Nowadays a certain type of mixed economy exists in most countries. The mixed economy works because the two primary players, the private sector and public sector, benefit each other. This type of economy allows competition among producers and manufactures with enough government regulation; people and businesses have the right to produce, to sell and to choose their own prices. And these are the great advantages.

But the following disadvantages also exist.

  • The wrong regulation on economic processes can be catastrophe to certain features of production.

  • Merchants and businesses must locate markets for their goods and services. They also have to control over the taxes they are required to pay.

Taxes can also be an advantage, because they provide revenue for the government to support its citizens and infrastructure.

Here are a few more examples of a mixed economy in action. Economic freedoms consist of the right to start your own business, to hire employees, to fire employees, and to sell goods and services for a profit. The government not only regulates these activities, but also tries to keep everyone on a level playing ground. The government doesn’t just regulate these businesses, but also taxes them in order to provide plenty of goods and services which the private sector doesn’t consider profitable, such as libraries, education, hospitals, and sanitation.
