§ 63. Amendment of Old-Age Pensions under Favourable Conditions Act
The Old-Age Pensions under Favourable Conditions Act (RT 1992, 21, 292; RT I 1993, 40, 596; 1994, 24, 398; 51, 856; 83, 1450; 1995, 61, 1027; 95, 1631; 1996, 22, 437; 86, 1539; 1997, 81, 1366; 1998, 17, 266; 107, 1767; 2000, 25, 147; 2001, 100, 648; 2002, 61, 375) is amended as follows:
1) in the text of the Act the words "years of pensionable service or accumulation period" are substituted by the words "pension qualifying period" in the appropriate case form;
2) the first two sentences of subsection (11) are amended and worded as follows:
“The time of activities provided for in § 28 of the State Pension Insurance Act shall be included in the years of pensionable service. The accumulation period shall be calculated pursuant to the procedure provided for in § 30 of the State Pension Insurance Act.”
3) the first sentence of subsection (3) is amended and worded as follows:
“Old-age pensions under favourable conditions shall be calculated pursuant to § 11 of the State Pension Insurance Act.”;
4) in the second sentence of § 42, the words "the provisions of §§ 21 and 22 of the State Pension Insurance Act" are substituted by the words "the provisions of § 11 of the State Pension Insurance Act".
§ 64. Amendment of Defence Forces Service Act
In the text of the Defence Forces Service Act (RT I 2000, 28, 167; 2003, 31, 195; 2004, 2, 7), the words "years of pensionable service or accumulation period" are substituted by the words "pension qualifying period" in the appropriate case form.
§ 65. Amendment of State Compensation of Victims of Crime Act
Clause 3 (2) 1) of the State Compensation of Victims of Crime Act (RT I 1999, 4, 51; RT I 2001, 12, 50; 100, 648; 2002, 56, 350; 61, 375; 110, 660) is amended and worded as follows:
“1) specified in § 20 of the State Pension Insurance Act;”.
§ 66. Amendment of Social Benefits for Disabled Persons Act
Subsections 23 (1)-(4) of the Social Benefits for Disabled Persons Act (RT I 1999, 16, 273; RT I 2002, 39, 245; 61, 375) are amended and worded as follows:
“(1) A dispute committee at the Social Insurance Board shall resolve disputes related to the grant of social benefits for and rehabilitation of disabled persons.
(2) The dispute committee shall be formed pursuant to the State Pension Insurance Act.
(3) Upon disagreement with a decision of the director or deputy director of the local pension office, an applicant for social benefits for disabled persons has the right of recourse to the dispute committee within three months after the date of notification of the decision.
(4) Upon disagreement with a decision of the dispute committee, an applicant for social benefits for disabled persons has the right of recourse to an administrative court within three months after the date of notification of the decision of the dispute committee.”
§ 67. Repeal of legislation
The State Pension Insurance Act (RT I 1998, 64/65, 1009; 2001, 9, 42) is repealed.
§ 68. Entry into force of Act
This Act enters into force on 1 January 2002.
