GENERAL PHYSICAL TRAINING AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN THE CONDITIONS OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract: One of the main tasks of General Physical training (OFP) at the university is: strengthening the health of students, promoting the proper formation and harmonious development of the body, instilling healthy lifestyle skills, giving up bad habits (alcohol consumption, smoking). However, the data given in the scientific and methodological literature pedagogical observations and generalization of the practical experience of the teaching staff of the Department of Physical Culture indicate a low level of physical development of students entering the university [1,2,5]. One of the important factors in improving the effectiveness of the educational process is the improvement of the structure of training sessions, as well as the introduction of independent physical education classes into the daily

life of students. To solve this problem, we have developed and offered students complexes of independent physical exercises (exercises with a rope and dumbbells), which were performed outside of school hours and at home. The most effective methods and methodological techniques for the complex application of compulsory and independent classes in the conditions of the educational and training process of the university were identified, the optimal form of building the educational and training process of the OFP, throughout the annual macrocycle, based on the principles of wellness training, was presented.

Abstract: The positive effect of Mival-Agro and its mixture with succinic and ascorbic acids in the cultivation of potato seed material has been established. The significant influence of Mival-Agro on the redistribution of fractions towards the formation of a larger number of standard tubers has been scientifically proven.

MONITORING OF VIRAL INFECTION ON THE STUDIED POTATO VARIETIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE PSKOV REGION

Abstract: In the conditions of the Pskov region, viral infection was monitored on the original potato seed material. According to the results of the presented studies, it was found that potato micro-plants in in vitro culture were not affected by viral and bacterial infection. The entomological analysis for the presence of aphid vectors allows us to attribute the results obtained to the conditions of a low infectious background, which, in turn, determines the low infectious load of the Pskov region, which meets the requirements for the production of original potato seed material.
