The theme of Environmentally Sustainable Transport
Probably all of us have heard about problems with ecology, global warming, pollution and so on. But what are we doing to prevent this? In general anything , although sometimes we try to clean up after ourselves. This is how to scoop water with a spoon from a sinking ship, but in the end the boat will sink with us.
If we talk about environmentally sustainable transport, it should be noted that rail transport is one of the most environmentally efficient in the world. This is ensured by a system of strict rules and control over all employees. As is known, road transport is the greatest polluter of the environment. Although , this type of transport is important for the social and economic activities of society.
In my opinion environmentally sound transport is a transport that does not have irreversible consequences for the environment. For example, electronic river and pipeline transport. I mean transport without exhaust. Now on the streets of our city you can find buses using gas as fuel. Natural gas on the planet is unlimited and to convert cars to gas is not expensive. So I think this is the most rational solution to the problem.
I hope that in the future mankind will not depend on natural resources and learn how to extract energy without damaging the environment.
