Information technology has certainly transformed the way in which we do business today. Communication, transactions and access to information is now instant which means we don't need to travel far distances for an appointment or a meeting.

With information available on demand, the days of traveling to a library or a bookstore are long gone. The internet has revolutionised the way we research our work and makes information available at the touch of a button.

I think it would work anywhere in the world as information is connecting us all together and bringing us all closer. I also believe that the availability of information on the go is making it easier for us to learn and adopt advanced strategies quicker and therefore implement the techniques used in companies in the USA in our companies as well.
What are the implications for the way international managers will need to work in the future and also for the training and education they will need?
We live in an ever changing and evolving economy and managers will need to continuously adapt to new techniques and methods and implement new technology to stay in tune with the rest of the world.
