Subject of the Contract
1.1. The Sellers have sold and the Buyers have bought on the conditions f.o.b. __________ franco-railway car-border the following equipment: __________ in full conformity with the technical characteristics and in complete scope of supply specified in Appendix N being an integral part of the present contract.
Prices and Total Value
2.1. The total value of the equipment, spare parts, tools, technical documentation and services in the volume of the present Contract amounts to __________.
2.2. The prices per item are specified in Appendices No ___.
2.3. The prices are firm and subject to no alteration.
2.4. The prices are understood __________ franco-railway car-border __________ or in accordance with other basis conditions of delivery including the cost of packing, marking and other delivery expenses.
Example II.
Subject of the Contract
The Sellers have sold and the Buyers have bought the equipment hereinafter referred to as “goods” on terms f.o.b. port __________.
The Sellers will deliver to the Buyers f.o.b. port __________or free on rail __________frontier or f.o.b. airport __________ or will send by post to the address (description of equipment, instruments, etc., their technical specification or reference to quotation or to Catalogue number), complete with standard spare parts, required technical documentation and corresponding accessories.
Quantity and Quality of goods
The quality of goods shall conform to the technical conditions laid down in Supplement N 1 to the present contract. The quality of the goods shall conform to the samples agreed and certified by the parties.
Prices and Total Value
The total amount of the Contract is __________. The prices are firm for the duration of the Contract, not subject to any alterations and understood to be f.o.b. __________ including export sea packing, marking, loading into holds, port and dock dues on the cargo, custom formalities.
Example III.
Subject of the Contract
The Seller undertakes to sell and the Buyer to buy on the basis of delivery CIF London, Manchester or Hull (at the Buyer’s option) the complete equipment, technology and technical documentation of the plant.
Price and Total Value of the Contract
The total value of the contract including the cost of the complete equipment for the plant as well as technical documentation, knowledge and experience (know-how), engineering, after-guarantee spares and services is ₤ ______ (______ pound sterling).
The prices are firm and stable for the duration of the Contract, they are valid only for this Contract and shall not be negotiated or referred with other foreign trade organizations.

7. Цена устанавливается в __________ (валюта) и понимается ФОБ __________ (город). В цену включается стоимость тары, упаковки, маркировки, погрузка товара на судно, включая укладку в трюмы.
