Why do you think we should hire you?

What they want to know is why they should hire you instead of everybody else they are interviewing. They want to know if we gave you the job, what would you actually be able to do for us. So have you looked at the job description and you actually know what we would require when you start working for us.

What They don't want to hear is what you want out of this and you really need a job and that they should hire you because you are really good in doing your job.

"Because I'm the best person for this job. I really, really want it and obviously I'll be good at it". What They Do Want To Hear is for you sell yourself to them. Be very specific about what is in it for them, and if they gave you this job, what would they get out of it.

"I've had 5 years a really valuable experience working in this field and I'm also working with some top names in this industry"

So Focus on examples of things they are really looking for, show how you've done it already and how you can do it again for them.

"I think I'll be grate for that because I'm good at developing efficiency and getting things done quickly and I've put that into practice quite successfully with my last two companies".

Focus on what is a need for them and what do they get out of it.
