Данное учебное пособие предназначено для студентов второго курса факультета «Экономика и управление» специальности «Таможенное дело» дневной и дистанционной форм обучения.
Учебное пособие состоит из трех частей. Материал первой части разделен на уроки, содержащие аутентичную информацию по основным проблемам таможенного дела и соответствующую терминологию, которая осваивается через методически тщательно разработанные упражнения и задания. Все задания сгруппированы по видам деятельности и направлены на формирование и развитие навыков чтения, говорения, аудирования и письма.
Вторая часть пособия содержит теоретический материал по грамматике и охватывает такие ее, разделы как «Неличные формы глагола» и «Аннотирование». Данные грамматические темы предназначены для изучения и повторения как наиболее важные в процессе закрепление навыков чтения, понимания и анализа текста профессионального характера.
Третья часть пособия представляет собой словарь терминов по специальности, который необходим не только для освоения материала данного пособия, но и в дальнейшей практике.
Пособие рассчитано на два семестра аудиторной и автономной работы со студентами, но может быть также использовано для работы с аспирантами и специалистами-практиками, желающими повысить свой уровень владения английским языком.
