Social Welfare-a system of social and economic measures for the rights of citizens to work and help with unemployment, state aid, benefits and other forms of state support to individuals and families who are raising children, financial support for retirement.
Social Welfare includes social rights:
•the right to education;
•the right to rest;
•the right to a safe environment;
•the right to health;
•the right to an adequate standard of living;
•the right to safe working conditions;
•the right to pay no less than set by the state
The main types of social welfare:
•Pensions.
•Maintenance and services for the elderly and disabled citizens in specially-designed for their homes.
•Providing citizens with various kinds of benefits and social security and other social benefits.
•Ensuring the disabled orthopedic products and means of transportation.
•Maintenance and upbringing of children in orphanages, boarding schools and other institutions.
•Social and labor rehabilitation of disabled persons.
•Spa and medical maintenance of the population.
•Social services at home, and so on.
