Treatment
Radical method for tumors of renal parenchyma – nephrectomy
Radical method for tumors of renal pelvis
– nephroureterectomy with resection of vesical bladder near the ureteral orifice.
Possible treatment
Nephrectomia (open or laparoscopic)
Nephroureterectomia
Resection of kidney – in case of solitary kidney, bilateral tumors, tumor less than 3 cm in diameter.
