SECONDARY SCHOOL IN RUSSIA
For five years, from the 5th to the 9th grade, the students are studying in the main school.
The total number of studied disciplines in the main school - about two dozen. Among them are: algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, biology, Russian language, literature, history, social studies, geography, foreign languages, information and communication technology, music, fine arts, labor training, physical education. The study load is on average six lessons a day.
Upon termination the main school students take the state (final) attestation (GIA): Mathematics, Russian and two more by choice. According to the results training receive a document - Certificate of basic general education - learning and confirming containing estimates for all study disciplines.
