CtSyncEnableOutputChannel

This function causes a specified CTSync channel to write its data to the Unidrive SP at the start of each motion engine sample period.

Arguments

Chan% - 1 to 3

The Id of the CTSync output channel.

Return Values

Status%

Value

Meaning

0

Channel is not set up correctly.

1

The operation succeeded.

-1

The operation failed.

-3

Another task is modifying the channel configuration.

CtSyncGetSlaveReferences

This function allows a CTSync slave to read the reference data transmitted by the master across the CTSync connection. The function can also be called by the master itself to get the reference values which are available to the slaves at a specific point in time.

Return Values

Ref1% - 32-bit signed integer

The last value for reference 1 received from the master.

Ref2% - 32-bit signed integer

The last value for reference 2 received from the master.

AuxRef% - 8-bit unsigned integer

The last auxiliary reference received from the master.

CtSyncSetMasterReferences

This function allows the CTSync master to write reference data to all CT-Sync slaves on the network. The function should only be used on the master node. If the slave calls this function, the user program will halt and the drive will be tripped (tr77).

Arguments

Ref1% - 32-bit signed integer

The reference 1 value to be transmitted to the slaves.

Ref2% - 32-bit signed integer

The reference 2 value to be transmitted to the slaves.

AuxRef% - 8-bit unsigned integer

The auxiliary reference value to be transmitted to the slaves.
