4. Data Backups

1. Describe full, incremental, and differential backups.

Backup it is a copy of file of a disk drive. Full backup is a copy of all files on a disk. Differential backup is a copy of all data that changed since the last full backup. Incremental backup is a copy of all the files that have changed since the last full backup.

2. Name two benefits of performing backups.

   1. Restore the original area of their location in case of damage or destruction.

   2. Popular backup device as it is inexpensive.

3. Consider the process of restoring data to a server from backup media with the server failing Friday, January 20, at 1:00 PM.
