The Annotation.

This diplom work is devoted to development of the Q-adapter of a network of management of electric communication.

In the first part principles of construction of networks of management the electric communication are considered, place of the adapter in these networks and his purpose was shown.

In the second part process and stages of development of hardware realization of the adapter is considered, account of intensity of the messages in channels of communication on an example tree like of architecture of a network was made.

In the third part the interface with device of service is developed and his general principles of construction and requirement showed to the equipment being in interaction with device of service are investigated.

In the fourth part protocols Q-interface of the first and second level of reference model of interaction of open systems (OSI/ISO) are investigated. The software for interaction between stations on the given interface in a mode of submission and mode conducting is developed.

In the fifth part is spent of an economic substantiation of introduction of the Q-adapter in networks of electric communication, as reduction of expenses by detection and elimination of malfunctions arising in the block, in which there is this adapter. As an estimation of the cost price of manufacturing of the adapter at the industrial enterprise is spent.

In the sixth part security measures and guards of an environment are investigated at installation, assembly and tests of the radio electronic equipment.

In the advanced there are some examples, illustration and circuits.

The describing questions are perspective and require further study.
