1. Study the diagrams, tables and theoretical material for the suggested sound.

2. Make the notes on the material being studied.

3. Do the practical tasks following the theoretical material.

4. The practical tasks have to be done in the printed copies of the present document.

5. The deadline for checking of the self-study work is the penultimate double period of the semester.

Examples of the abbreviations:

1. A44a means that you have to listen to the CD “A”, track 044, part “a”

2. C55 means that you have to listen to the CD “B”, track 055
