The results of systematic investigation of the rupture structure and fluid dynamics in the upper crust are expounded. Under investigation also specific layers in the crust, lithosphere and astenosphere are which known as waveguides. Usually they coincide with the high conductivity layers. One showed that a structure and rheological stratification are typical for the crust and upper mantle. Anomalous layers are in the middle crust on depth 10 – 20 km, in lowed crust near M-boundary and in the upper mantle on depth 100 – 200 km. Waveguides in the upper crust are related with listric faults and other rupture structure. In the upper mantle the stream of hot substance ascending from great depth produces weakened (rheologically) layers.

A foundation of poroelastic and poroviscous mechanics at corresponding temporal and space scales are considered. Some concept is proposed on a heuristic level. It explains a rupture structure and fluid regime in the upper crust. This monograph can be useful for scientists and students in field of recent geodynamics and fluid dynamics of upper crust, geoecology, origin of ore and hydrocarbon deposit including mathematical modeling.
