Present Perfect (Настоящее совершенное время)

11 Look at the following sentences from the dialogues and say what kind of action is denoted by the highlighted words.

Have you seen the latest play at Russian Drama Theater?

I have read about it in one movie magazine.

I haven’t had picnics for ages!

I have been to London for many times.

He has taken the last bus.

We have just come.

Действие происходило в прошлом, закончилось либо только что, либо давно, но оно связанно с настоящим. Важен результат.

Remember!

 Утвердительные предложения во времени Present Perfect образуются при помощи вспомогательного глагола have/has и смыслового глагола в III форме: для правильных - окончание ed, для неправильных – см. Appendix 5. Например, They have already been there. He has invited 25 friends to the picnic.

 Вопросительные и отрицательные предложения строятся при помощи вспомогательного глагола have/has. Например, We haven’t seen her yet. Have you bought bread?

Remember!

Для времени Present Perfect можно запомнить несколько слов-подсказок, которые укажут вам, что в предложении нужно использовать это время.

Это: ever, never, just, already, yet, lately, recently, причем, слова ever, never, just, already обычно занимают место между вспомогательным и смысловым глаголами. Например: I have never seen you. Have you ever been to Paris? They have just arrived.

Yet употребляется в вопросительных и отрицательных предложениях и обычно ставится в конце. Например: He hasnt come yet.
