II ÊÓÐÑ

Причастия I и II

Повторите с помощью одного из учебников материал об образовании и употреблении причастий и сделайте следующие упражнения.

I. Образуйте причастие I и II от следующих глаголов и переведите их на русский язык:

to meet, to tell, to open, to work, to find, to spend, to give, to take, to read, to look, to go, to close, to put, to sit, to do.

II. Перепишите словосочетания, заменив русские слова английскими.

1. A (спящий) baby. 2. A (работающая) woman. 3. The man (смотрящий) at us. 4. The Workers (начинающие) their work. 5. The boys (ловящие) birds. 6. The animal (пьющее) water. 7. A (написанная) article. 8. The (растущие) fruit trees. 9. A (переведенный) novel. 10. A (переводящий) student.

Видовременные формы глагола

Повторите по учебнику видовременные формы глаголов и сделайте следующие упражнения.

I. Поставьте глаголы в следующих предложениях в the Present Simple, the Past Simple, the Future Simple. Используйте подходящие индикаторы времени.

1.I often ( to go) to the library. 2. He (to read) many books. 3. We (to have) a party. 4. I (to take) a lot of pictures. 5. He (to fix) his car.

6.He (to ride) a bike.

II. Поставьте глаголы в следующих предложениях в the Present Continuous, the Past Countinuous и the Future Continuous. Используйте подходящие индикаторы времени.

Модальные глаголы

Повторите грамматический материал о модальных глаголах и сделайте следующие упражнения.

I. Заполните пропуски модальными глаголами can, must, may.

1. I ____ help them yesterday as I was very ill. 2. ____ I take your dictionary? 3. Yesterday we ____ go to the cinema as we were very busy. 4. We ___ help our friends in trouble. 5. If you want, you

IV. Переведите на английский язык, используя модальные гла-

Типы придаточных предложений

Ознакомьтесь по одному из учебников с типами придаточ- ных предложений и сделайте следующие упражнения.

I. Определите тип придаточного предложения.

1. She is reading a newspaper which I advised her to buy. 2. I will cook the dinner while you are shopping. 3. If the weather is rainy tomorrow we will have to stay in town. 4. Do you remember the time when we were happy together? 5. The teacher you want to speak to is out now. 6. The place where I was born is a big city now. 7. What will

you do when you are 18? 8. What will you do after you graduate from the University. 9. If I am not busy on Saturday evening let’s go to the cinema. 10. This is the house my parents live in. 11. What did you do before you entered the University? 12. I couldn’t come because I didn’t feel well. 13. He is going to work at a school after he graduates. 14. Here is the student who is making a report tomorrow.

II. Переведите на английский язык, учитывая особенности употребления времен в придаточных времени и условия.

I. Употребите следующие предложения во всех формах страдательного залога. Выберите указанные после упражнения индикаторы времени.
