2. В составных числительных признак порядкового числительного

(суффикс – th) имеет только последнее слово.

3. Чтение дат:

1800 – eighteen hundred

1812 – eighteen twelve (eighteen hundred and five)

1905 – nineteen five ( nineteen hundred and five)

May I, 1945 – May, the first, nineteen forty-five
