Diagnosis: Recurrent MCA complex aneurysm
Bypass: ECA-to-MCA with radial artery graft and
subsequent spontaneous occlusion of
proximal MCA
Approach: Left frontotemporal

hemorrhaged in a 7-month-old boy. The patient
was treated and made a good recovery.
