Case Report

A 66-year-old man with sixth recurrence of HSV epithelial keratitis within 5 years presented after 6 days of irritation and redness in the left eye.The temporal cornea

showed a classic dendritic figure and two small lesions close to the upper limbus (cf. drawing). He was treated with acyclovir ointment five times daily for 10 days.
