Fig. 1.30  a–b Rounded conjunctival lesions (arrows) were the only discernible surface changes in these two patients with HSV infection. Such lesions are difficult to recognize as caused by HSV because they are unspecific (fluorescein sodium, blue filter)

Comment

HSV dendritic conjunctival lesions have been reported. They seem rather rare.
