Atlas of

Glaucoma

Second Edition

Edited by

Neil T Choplin, Diane C Lundy

Since the publication of the well-received and successful first edition in 1998, greater improvement in the comprehension of glaucoma pathophysiology and a new era of glaucoma research – genetic, biochemical and cellular biological – has taken place. Glaucoma has moved on from the concept of ‘a disease in which the intraocular pressure rises and causes optic nerve damage’. For the second edition, Drs Neil Choplin and Diane Lundy have assembled a global team of experts, many of whom have pioneered new techniques in diagnosis and surgery, which provides the reader with essential information for the beneficial, effective management of glaucoma patients. Atlas of Glaucoma is essential reading for all those, either qualified or in training, who work with patients suspected of having, or diagnosed with glaucoma.
