9/ How effective can these ways to reduce stress be?

Many people listen to soothing music to relieve stress, because when music is playing, a person relaxes, thoughts disappear from the head, therefore, what causes stress disappears. Music that imitates the sounds of nature, such as rain or birdsong, is especially helpful. Also soothing music helps to sleep well. In addition to this stress relieves laughing. When a person laughs, his mood rises, he forgets about his problems, because he is busy with what he likes. When a person feels bad, he can watch a comedy or read something funny and relax. Plus you can have a nice chat with your friends. Therefore, I like this way to relieve stress. Nature also relieves stress, for example, you can look at a beautiful landscape or watch animals. It is natural for a person to be in such an environment, he can feel calm and happiness surrounded by greenery, trees or water. Walking can also be attributed to being in nature, if a person goes to a park, lake or forest. Walking is physical exercise that is good for the body and mind. Many people relieve their stress in this way. I think this is the best way to calm down. So, there are many effective ways to relieve stress. But if it is too strong, it is better to remove its cause.

10/ How effective can these ways to reduce stress be?

Many people advise talking about their problems to relieve stress, but I think that this is not always effective, because sometimes instead of feeling the stress disappear, people even more understand how bad they feel. But more often the conversation helps, because the person receives support and useful advice. Therefore, I believe that if you have a good friend, then you can share your problems and, perhaps, it will be better. Another way to relieve stress is to do yoga. It was created to clear the mind, that is, while practicing yoga, a person finds harmony and can forget about stress and even find a solution to their problems. After doing yoga, a person can feel calm and happy. However, it helps if done with a professional. But I think it's a good way to feel better. I also think that calm music can relieve stress too. For example, you can turn on something slow, light and pleasant so that the mind can switch to something calming and forget about problems for a while. Many include classics or nature sounds before bed to help them sleep better. This method is very common among students and is my favorite way to calm down and relieve stress. Thus, everyone can find their own way to relieve stress to feel good after hard days.

11/ Why might it be important to learn a foreign language?

A foreign language is very important in modern life. Many people study in order to make good money later, but this can only be done in a reliable company. Now all good firms ask for knowledge of a foreign language, because they work in the international market, where it is necessary to communicate with foreigners. Also, in such companies they are sent to work abroad, so you definitely need to know English.

Also, learning other languages trains memory well. When a person memorizes many words, his memory develops and becomes better. Some people think that it is especially useful in older age, so that the brain continues to be active and continues to store information. Learning a language is the best way to do this. In addition to this, I can say that English is useful for gaining knowledge, there are many wonderful courses and lectures in English and other languages that do not have a translation into someone's native language. Therefore, in order to better learn something, you will have to listen to or watch the material in the language in which it is. Knowledge of this language will make it much easier to understand. Thus, learning a foreign language is very important for life in the modern world.
