Michael Horsnell. It was published from The Times. The main idea of the article is about Russian man, who pretended to sleep for 3 weeks. The author comments on the fact, that it happened because of police began questioning his about 25.000 pounds after a road crash.

The author starts be telling the readers that this man was an émigré. The author reports at length about the day, when Mr. Leontev was admitted to hospital after a crash, in which he collided on a moped with two cars. After that, the police charged him, however he pretend to be unconscious.

It was disclosed, that more than 3 weeks he was in the hospital and wasn’t going to answer the questions of the police, because he was denied a single room. The article concludes by saying, that Mr Leontev continuous to pretend that he’s unconscious .
