5.) EXTENTION ACTIVITIES

Since ancient times, sport has been not only a sport as such, but also a spectacle. Greek competitions, gladiator fights, jousting tournaments... Watching someone masterfully do something can be fascinating in itself. And then there's the confrontation. Excitement. Interest. Pleasure. If you like it, if you appreciate it - why give up the pleasure?

Another thing is that many who only watch, for some reason, consider themselves involved in what is happening in the sports arena. There are also a lot of psychos who make a noise after matches, or a fight. And some, if you listen to them, so generally understand the subject better than all the athletes and coaches combined, although they themselves have never been on the field, ski track or ring at all.
