It is equally important in human resources management to evaluate the effectiveness of education and training, namely, to evaluate the effects of upgrading competence. Another possible option for the organization is to recruit competent personnel, or to entrust the work to external bodies having necessary competence, in addition to educating and training its own personnel. Furthermore, it is also important for effective QMS management that the individual workers are motivated, have an awareness of the relevance and importance of their tasks and recognize how they can contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives.
