THE IMPACT OF MONOPOLIZATION ON THE MODULAR BUILDING MARKET, THE ENTERPRISE AND THE ECONOMY AS A WHOLE

Modular construction is gradually replacing traditional construction due to such advantages as: quick turnaround time, lower cost, better quality of work. Modular construction guarantees quality control of the components and safety of the construction process. However, in order to reduce risks, it is important to optimize the choice of material procurement methods for this type of construction. At the same time, the tendency to monopolize the market of complex building materials in construction causes additional difficulties in this process. It is necessary to choose a procurement method for this type of construction and to consider the degree of monopolization of the market.

Self-presentation

My name is Ilya Likhachev. I was born on December 17, 1997. I am single.

To begin with, I would like to tell you about my education. In 2015, I entered the Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography to specialize in Cartography and Geoinformatics in 2019, I received a diploma of engineer cartographer.

During my studies I was interested in mineral exploration using satellites, I have several scientific articles on this topic. However, I did not go to work in my specialty, but got a job in a construction organization.

In 2020 I got a job in a large group of companies Stroytransgaz, in the direction of infrastructural construction. It was my first serious job. At work I participated in the realization of large construction projects on the territory of our country. My functions included full tender support of objects, as well as contracting. At work, I prepared estimates, organized electronic bidding, and calculated the economics of projects. After a change in the company's management, I quit.

In 2023 I joined the company at Bridge Construction Company as a lead specialist in the estimating department. I was involved in preparing and drafting estimates, reviewing submitted quotations, market analysis, and preparing contract strategy. The company used to specialize in the construction of complex bridge crossings, but now it is involved in government defense contracts. The company is currently constructing checkpoints across the state border of the Russian Federation. Due to the lack of growth opportunities, I decided to leave the organization.

Now I am applying for a job in a large oil organization as a chief specialist in the tender department.

I'm currently looking for a large construction organization that does infrastructure construction or industrial construction. I have extensive knowledge of tender support for construction projects.

My professional interest is the problem of corruption and I would like to participate in its reduction in Russia.
