Subject: Exacto waterproof watch (model 294)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I wish to express my disgust at waterproof watch, which I purchased from the Quick Shop in Dayton, Ohio one week ago.

When I had a shower with watch on my arm for the first time, they completely stopped working. This watch model does not match the stated characteristics because it does not have any class of moisture protection. Therefore, I am writing to you to ask for a full refund of the price.
