Are Women Better Teachers Than Men?
At all times, humanity has been comparing men and women, looking for jobs suitable for one or the other. But how are things nowadays? Is it true that men and women show themselves better in various spheres of life? For example I propose to compare them in the work of teachers.
Firstly, let's note why women do this job better. For instance, women are better at working with children, they understand better how to better convey information to them. Secondly, women are more gentle and compliant what helps the younger classes to adapt to school. Thirdly, it is easier for women to organize a curriculum because of their mindset, they can break a large task into several small ones.
On the other hand, women, because of their compliance, cannot always cope with the senior classes. However, studies show that women tend to blame students for their failures. Additionally, men are better able to adapt to new working conditions, better master new ways of learning.
To sum up, it is difficult to say that women are better than men in the role of a teacher. In reality men are better at teaching some subjects, and women are better at teaching others. In other words women and men just teach differently because of their different mindset. Therefore, it is impossible to say unequivocally are women better teachers than men.
