ASSESSMENT OF ANTHROPOGENOUS LOAD OF SOILS
OF THE URBANIZED TERRITORIES
Annotation. The analysis of soils in Murmansk is carried out, information on color, mechanical structure, inclusions, acidities of soils, availability of anions and cations in the top layers of earth is provided. The interrelation of level of pollution of soils and motor transportation loading in the studied areas is revealed.

CHRISTIANIZATION OF THE KOLA SAAMI
Abstract. The article refers to the gradual and uneven Christianization of the Saami of the Kola Peninsula. A big role in making the Saami Orthodoxy played Russian population, monasteries. The peculiarity of the religious beliefs of the Saami was a combination of faith in the Christian God with the pagan beliefs.

Abstract. The labor market of the Northern territories is a complex social, economic, legal category, where special uncomfortable living conditions and employment influence the behavior of all participants in the employment relationship. NOMADIC SCHOOLS SERVE TO PRESERVE CULTURE OF THE
INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF THE NORTH
Abstract. Education is provided to indigenous nomadic communities of deer herders, hunters and fishermen in specific way with teachers moving with communities while they move after deer. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) they have unique model of including traditional knowledge of northern life into academic content of standards. In communities kids enjoy mother language in friendly environment and also state support if they choose opportunities to preserve their native cultures, languages, nomadic style of life together with parents. Many laws and norms are created to encourage minorities of the North to educate their children with the help of new technologies while their families (and schools) move after deer.
