Abstract. The article summarizes the experience of Russian-Finnish partnership on the development of inclusive education in the Barents region. Approaches to the development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of inclusive education from the

THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN THE KOLA NORTH:

TRADITIONS, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract. Global and domestic public policy put forward as one of the most important priorities for improving the quality of education. In scientific and practical terms this problem is determined by the contradiction between the need to improve the quality of education as formation conditions of a person with an active civil position and the traditional social, psychological, pedagogical conditions of practical implementation of this task.

ASSESSMENT OF ANTHROPOGENOUS LOAD OF SOILS

OF THE URBANIZED TERRITORIES

Annotation. The analysis of soils in Murmansk is carried out, information on color, mechanical structure, inclusions, acidities of soils, availability of anions and cations in the top layers of earth is provided. The interrelation of level of pollution of soils and motor transportation loading in the studied areas is revealed.

CHRISTIANIZATION OF THE KOLA SAAMI

Abstract. The article refers to the gradual and uneven Christianization of the Saami of the Kola Peninsula. A big role in making the Saami Orthodoxy played Russian population, monasteries. The peculiarity of the religious beliefs of the Saami was a combination of faith in the Christian God with the pagan beliefs.

Abstract. The labor market of the Northern territories is a complex social, economic, legal category, where special uncomfortable living conditions and employment influence the behavior of all participants in the employment relationship. Labor supply in the framework of the Northern market has its own characteristics. Investigation of the features will help to ensure the normal functioning of the labor market of the Northern territories in these terms and perspective.

ALGAE ON THE EAST COAST OF MURMAN

Abstract. The article shows the results of study of the morphology of reproductive organs fucus algae Fucus vesiculosus and Ascophyllum nodosum (Phaeophyta). We determined the timing of maturation of sexual products fucus algae over the study period (2012–2014 years).

NOMADIC SCHOOLS SERVE TO PRESERVE CULTURE OF THE

INDIGENOUS PEOPLES OF THE NORTH

Abstract. Education is provided to indigenous nomadic communities of deer herders, hunters and fishermen in specific way with teachers moving with communities while they move after deer. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) they have unique model of including traditional knowledge of northern life into academic content of standards. In communities kids enjoy mother language in friendly environment and also state support if they choose opportunities to preserve their native cultures, languages, nomadic style of life together with parents. Many laws and norms are created to encourage minorities of the North to educate their children with the help of new technologies while their families (and schools) move after deer.

Abstract. Basic threats to the existence and development of large kittiwakes (Rissa tridactyla (L., 1758)) and guillemots (Uria aalge (Pontoppidan, 1763) and

shown. Recommendations for minimization of impact on colonial avifauna of northern coast of Kola Peninsula are given.
