KINETIC FEATURES OF SUBLIMATION OF OXIDE LAYERS

OF MOLYBDENUM

The method of interference indication is study kinetics of sublimation of the oxide layersgotthe thermal oxidizing of molybdenum in atmospheres of different gases. The phenomen on of interferential coloration of oxide membrane on metals (color sof) was known for a long time and studied in detail, but only in connection with oxidization of metals. Further studies have shown that interferential colorization could be used to repair oxide membranes.

This marked the beginning of usage of oxide membrane colorization as an indicator of an entire set of heterogeneous processes in systems: metal oxide gas and metal - oxide solid repair agent. Considering everything mentioned above the goal is set to check the results of molybde-
