Problem statement. The goal of the project is to determine and justifya number of system principles for the development and formation of the ecotechnopark environment. Consideration of the functional and planning structure of the ecotechnopark environment at different hierarchical levels, identifying their patterns on the example of a large city.

The results and conclusions. The result of creating an ecotechnopark system is the well-being and state of the environment. High-qualityprocessingof industrial waste and secondaryraw materials will ensure the future of the environment without emissions and landfills
