Lesson Plan for Intermediate Level Students
Subject: Always be lavish of praise.
Objectives: -students will memorize praise words;
-students will distinguish praise words in speech they hear and put them into practice;
Outcome: Students will be able to praise people’s actions which they approve of and justify their praise.
Procedure
Warm up.
Teacher: Today we’re going to talk about the importance of been approved and praised for having done something really good.
Mapping: How do you feel when you are praised?

Who praises you the most often? What for?
Presenting the vocabulary.
Look at the list of praise words and phrases and categorize them according to a place you might hear them – at home/ at the lesson/ at a talent show. Some of the phrases can match more than one category. After each phrase write: H – at home; L – at the lesson; Sh. – at a show.
