Dear Mr Sinclair,

Thank you for informing me about winning first prize. I am really excited about it. I am writing you to ask for some details about the prize.

First of all, I would like to know the exact dates of the camp. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to tell me, whether meals, accomodation and transport are included in the prize. I would be grateful if somebody will meet me at the airport.

I also have some questions about the camp. Could you please let me know, if there are any organised trips during the camp? I would also be interested to know how many people will be attending the camp.

Thank you again for such a great opportunity. I am looking forward to your reply.

Yours sincerely,

Jimmy Davis
