“The more laws, the less justice.” (Marcus Tullius Cicero, ancient Roman lawyer, writer, scholar, orator and statesman, 106 BC43 BC)

People cannot live without laws. Society isn't able to move on its own. From my point of view, society needs a leader. Decentralization of the administrative apparatus can deprive people of justice. However, when power is concentrated in the hands of one person or one party, it is extremely difficult to change the vector of movement of society.

Society is not capable of living in anarchy. In a world of technology, where the war of information prevails, people will follow the resource who will show more original solutions. Older generations are prone to conservatism. The younger people hold liberal views. It is very easy to confuse democracy with conservatism.

Justice is an objective concept. Exactly the same as the experiment with the numbers 6 and 9: if you write 6 and 9 on one paper and put it in front of two people sitting opposite each other, you will both see different numbers. That is why the truth is individual for each person. It is impossible to determine what is good and what is bad. There will always be dissatisfied people in society. It's all about the mentality, the economic component and the spiritual development. Recently, emotional intelligence, not mental intelligence, has played a significant role.

These are factors that will affect a person's ability to think critically. And the number of laws is not able to correctly interpret the position of morality and justice. The constitution is designed to keep people in the same vector of development. Legal norms correct the degree of restraint. And people regulate the state of finances in the system. That depends on the lifestyle of people.
