Windows 10 operating system for personal computers and workstations, developed by Microsoft within the framework of the Windows NT family. After Windows 8.1, the system received the number 10, bypassing 9. The server analogue of Wiindows 10 is Windows Server 2016. The system is designed to become one for different devices, such as personal computers, tablets, smartphones, Xbox One consoles, etc. A single development platform and a single store are available universal applications that are compatible with all supported devices. Windows 10 comes as a service with the release of updates throughout the support cycle. During the first year after the system was released, users could upgrade to Windows 10 for free on devices running licensed copies of Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1. Among the significant innovations - voice assistant Cortana, Windows 10 - the latest "boxed" version of Windows, all subsequent versions will be distributed exclusively in digital form.
The Windows 10 User Agreement allows Microsoft to collect numerous information about the user, the history of his Internet activity, passwords to access points, data typed on the keyboard, and much more.
Summary of evolution of Linux.
The first were also, however, not too adapted by Unix for the ordinary user, but and then there were not much ordinary users and all of them were "rather well grounded" in administration of systems. Therefore you should not reproach developers for absence of worthy visualization, and it is worth praising them for courage, they continued to develop that branch of operating systems to which not really designated the good future.
Distinctive feature of Unix systems always was the fact that they are not monolitna as Windows: their kernel consists of a set of independent modules which can work independent.
